Wells Gray Gateway Guesthouse
SEASON: Due to Covid-19 the Guesthouse is closed for the 2020 season.
2021 NIGHTLY RATES: $199 plus taxes per night for direct bookings, $210 plus GST only for Air B&B .
Opening May 1, 2021; closing January 3, 2022. There is a 3 night minimum June 30 to September 6, 2 night minimum rest of season.
These rates are per night for the entire Guesthouse, not per person. If you stay 4 nights, the 5th night is free. Includes bedding and towels.
A complimentary copy of “Exploring Wells Gray Park” (6th Edition) is provided as a souvenir of your visit. This is a 400-page comprehensive guide to the Park including about 250 colour photos, and descriptions of all roads and trails. Book store price is $24.95 plus tax.
CHECK-IN: 4:00 p.m. CHECK-OUT: 11:00 a.m.
DEPOSITS: An advance deposit of the first night’s rent is required to hold your reservation and the balance is due one month before arrival.
CANCELLATION: Deposits are refunded or transferred to another date if you cancel more than one month before arrival. Within one month, there is no refund unless we can resell the reserved date.
TAXES: All reservations are subject to the local hotel tax of 10% and the federal government tax (GST) of 5%.
PETS are welcome. There is an additional $15 cleaning charge per stay (not per night) if you bring a pet to the Wells Gray Gateway Guesthouse.
HUNTING: There is no hunting allowed on the property. Wildlife is plentiful and guests frequently observe eagles, moose, deer and black bears and occasionally mink, coyotes, wolves and cougars.
OFF ROAD VEHICLES: The use of ATVs and snowmobiles is not permitted on the property. For information on ATV & snowmobile access in the area contact the Clearwater & District Chamber of Commerce at 250- 674-2646.
SPECIAL REQUESTS: We’re more than happy to accommodate your special requests and needs. Please let us know when you reserve your booking if you require an alternate check-in or check-out time (if available) or scent-free cleaning.
